The breakfast buffet was tasty and filling! 😍 The rooftop pool offered stunning views over the city, perfect for relaxing evenings.
The shower leaked and created a mess. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable and disappointing at times.

Very disappointing lack of sea views!!! The constant noise from the street made it hard to enjoy any peace!!! Fix those shower doors that do not close properly. it’s frustrating to have water splashing everywhere!!!

my stay at exe las palmas was pretty awsome! the location is super close to the beach which was great for relaxing. breakfast was a real treat with lots of options to choose from, i loved it. the rooftop pool area had some killer views of the city and was a chill spot to hang out. staff like natalia made everything so easy and friendly, big thumbs up!
but the room walls were kinda thin and i could hear neighbors talkin. also, the shower had a leak and made the bathroom all wet!

A wonderful stay with spacious, clean rooms and a rooftop pool that offered lovely views. The breakfast buffet was impressive, providing a variety of choices to start the day right, and homemade ice cream was a delightful treat. issues included some road noise from our third-floor room and a delay in discovering the free tea and coffee service available on the lower level. A few maintenance concerns, like warped flooring in the common areas, were noted as well.
